Ive heard this arguement (along with many many more) so many times, that I can almost repeat them to you verbatim.
In order to be able to argue against people who use the Bible as "proof" (*smirk*) it is often necessary that they take into account that the book
itself might be fallible.
And since very VERY few Christians are open-minded enough and strong enough in their personal-beliefs to question for even one moment their faith, I
find these arguements almost impossible.
So I would like to ask, is there any argument that you people can come up with that isnt religious in nature?
Because using religion in an argument against the unreligious is an effort in futility. Youre beliefs can only be used to explain things to yourself,
and to people who believe the same way. If I dont believe what you believe, you are just speaking gibberish that I will give 0 respect to.
Anyways I look forward to any non-religious explainations you can come up with.
(I hate these threads, but I still participate :-/)
A few sidenotes:
EYE-YAD, if anyone is protecting the balance of nature, its the homos. With yall breeders making babies as fast as you can and crowding the world and
whatnot.. Nature doesnt have to worry about gays reproducing and cutting down forests to make highways for our children to zoom around on
hyperbole, but still makes a point.
Hoosier Daddy: The only arguement you really use is a religious one.. Morals are widely (Almost exclusively) affected by your religion of choice. By
saying that everyone else has to follow "Rules" set by YOUR religion, you are saying that they also have to be a part of it.
