I found this series last night before going to bed and the content was well presented and I thought this would be right up ATS ally. If you do not agree with the view or material presented I hope you at lease find it entertaining. I found it interesting and informative to a degree from others perspective.

Yep, because a sequence of vague predications open to interpretation will change the mind of a logical, intelligent and sane person who does not believe that a book...written by multiple people, over an extended period of time, with multiple glaring contradictions and false information is proof of a higher power or supreme deity.

Nostradamus made predictions too, so did Baba Vanga, some of them can be interpreted as correct, some cannot, most have been proven false.

To believe in God, you must have faith, to have faith you must set aside logic and reasoning.

In 2000 years, if humanity finds a collection of Harry Potter books..They will have a field day! a whole society basing their beliefs on a Magical boy wizard and his adventures at Hogwarts.

To believe in God, you must have faith, to have faith you must set aside logic and reasoning.

You have faith that the open highway beyond your headlights will not turn into a ravine, or else you would not keep pressing your foot on the accelerator. Have you set aside logic and reasoning in this, or do you have knowledge of the road system enough to know your chances are good in continuing? Who says there are not spiritual proofs which people can gather, over time, that bolster faith. They might not be a scientifically proved measure, but until science is "complete", knows and understands everything, can compute the interactions of all probabilities and assess the outcome with certainty, logic and reason (based on a science of understanding) remain fallible.

It is an act of faith to trust in the incompleteness of a scientific arrangement, that measures reality by the height of its own yardstick. Add one unknown, hidden factor, and the equations are altered by the new impact. Add many, and science shrinks back to its proper status as a tool, not the exploited entity it has become in the hearts and minds of many thinking men and women. There must be a complete science, somewhere, but what human could learn it all in the span of their lifetime, even with a photographic memory. Accept there is, and always will be, much to mystery. In fact, I suspect our collective human science to date is only the tip of the iceberg. The imagination, of things uninvented and scenarios untried is your proof.

No, we are talking about two different perspectives on faith.

I trust science because most science is means tested, If i can see something proven and repeated then I know it meets a set criteria to be real and valid, the bible fails under scrutiny..And it's only a book, a book based on circumstantial theory at best.

I do appreciate your post though, our understanding is limited, but we know enough I feel for any logical thinker to disregard the bondage of organized religion, for most that it proposed has been explained via technological advancement.

GameSetMatch,

I would like to know the web site you got the videos from, can't watch them now but I can tell you this, they are making out the Papacy is the first beast of Rev. Chap. 13: from that number on one of the videos and the number 666 if you read the Chap. carefully applies to the Beast revealed Rev. 13:11 on to the end. It may be oldtime SDA prophecy theology. It is too much video to watch and I don't like videos as they can't be scanned and I don't like to waste my time. The beast isn't the Papacy as the 3rd verse reveals and I'm not Catholic.

Re 13:3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

Notice the verse says "one" of his heads and then the world "wondered after the beast" and not the wounded head which was the Papacy which is but "one" head of the beast.

Read Rev. 13:11 to the end of the Chap. and the number 666 in verse 18 goes to the beast in verse 11 as the reading from there to the end doesn't let loose of that beast. Many want to apply it to the first beast and cannot be done.

Truthiron,

I did not get it from a website. It was in my subscription box for youtube I must of subscribed to their channel as i have well over 100 subscriptions from a long the way.

I understand your arguement. I have not had the time to look into all the claims. From the last few videos it leaves you with insinuating that the next pope will be the Anti-Christ. That the current pope will only be in power a short time. Where Obama and some other peter dude is all precursors to cap stone aka anti-Christ.

All in all I found it entertaining and interesting. Who ever made the videos did a good job expressing their views. At times however it was a little far fetched.

Well I can be one of the many to say watching these videos will not change a thing for me. What prophecies in the Bible are they trying to present to me are true and that would make me believe in their views? I have already study why Jesus is not the Messiah and the Christians interpret all the verses they use incorrectly. So there is no reason for me to follow blindly.

GameSetMatch,

About the Antichrist, there is many "an" antichrists but there is only one "the" Antichrist and Rev. 13:11 through 18 is he, Satan. The first beast also has 7 heads and 10 horns but appears as a leopard like beast. This is an image, likeness of the Great Red Dragon who has 7 heads and 10 horns.

Re 13:1 ¶ And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

Verse 2 reveals it is the "dragon" that gives it "His" Power, Seat and Great Authority.

Re 13:2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.

Next find the beast of Rev. 13:11 whom we saw come up and then in verse 15 He is the one who gives the first beast of the Chap. "life".

Re 13:15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

If you followed that out you see we have identified "the" Antichrist", Satan the father of all the under antichrists. He, Satan is the "666". The under ones are of their father the devil.

Joh 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

I try to make it short and sweet but still clear I hope to all believers of His Word.

And?

So someone was swayed by Biblical Prophecy and you think this somehow validates it? Simply because a non-believer became a believer you think this somehow proves the religion or the prophecies? What if I could point to a Christian who became a Hindu or a Muslim who became a Buddhist or a Christian who became an atheist, does their conversion or de-conversion somehow prove them right?

I'm an atheist but I used to be a Christian, I've read Biblical prophecy before but like all prophecy it is vague and quite often open to being self-fulfilled by those who know of its existence.

I watched the opening of the videos and can already tell its going to be bunk. Sound bites of Presidents referencing a New World Order can only mean one thing, we're in for a load of absolute crap stretching prophecies that have nothing to do with modern times over the standard Christian theology about a tribulation, anti-Christ, Beast and Rapture. I've sat through 5 minutes of his bombastic build up and he still has yet to read the prophecy that supposedly converted him... All that and he finally gets to Daniel interpreting a DREAM with a vague prophecy about various kingdoms being set up before God finally sets up a kingdom that will never be destroyed... I'm sure that part 2 goes on to vaguely link that vague interpretation Daniel gives to modern events in a way that will sway the gullible and superstitious...

Same old tired Christian nonsense, the kind that used to scare the crap out of me when I was thirteen and believed every word out of a preacher's mouth. The kind that made me dread waking up for fear that I'd find my parents and siblings gone in the rapture with me left behind to burn in hell for all eternity. Yep, same old Christian nonsense, thank God (rim shot goes here) I don't believe that stuff anymore.

No worries Titen-Sxull. I am not holding a gun to your head asking you to believe or else. You are of able mind and body to go about your business; you can believe anything you want, the single most empowering feature of us homo sapiens is the power of "choice". If you feel that you need to defend your point of view; more power to you. Me I just wanted to share a prophecies series that was interesting and entertaining. We are not scared of preachers from the pulpit or images on a screen right.?

I just keep recalling Christs words to the Pharisees....

' the whores will enter heaven before you do'

a moment perhaps to selah...consider that there might be more than you can see going on here...and our human / fallible judgments based on our own views, socialisation, experiences and fears as much as any faith, could be determining your comprehension and reading of the prophecy's and the entire bible itself.

Yes, He does not fit the Jewish Messiah.
But, He is a different god.

Still do you how Judaism and Christianity are very different? Once you start studying Judaism you will feel so different compared to studying Christianity and Islam.

I studied Judaism to get my degree.
I find it strange that Christians think they are progressive Jews.
Two different religions, two different gods.
