Some things I forgot. A foundry expert to help produce the metal and other products from the raw minerals, that the blacksmith and the rest of the community need.

A person that is proficient in cement production and use and a brick maker because wood construction will only take you so far.

A few location specific things. If your area has natural gas wells then a person that can harness the existing infrastructure would be great. A couple gas wells would supply heating and cooking gas for a small village for generations.

If you have some oil wells then a refining expert would be able to make the black crude into something usable for the community.

A drilling expert if you think that your area may contain water, or one of the two prestated products (oil, gas)that may be of help to the community. The reason people didn’t drill oil wells back then wasn’t because they couldn’t, it was because they didn’t know that the stuff was down there. But now that we do, so it is well worth the effort to do it if we can.
