While I think the theory is plausible, the same as the other thread you made,

Every bit of Chinese info I dig up, is putting the US in front as the ones who shoot the rocket. They compare Russia, USA and themselves as nations
that are possible and tough enough to do such a thing.
Now why I think it could be different. In your other thread you were talking about the UFO's in china being the US showing off and now the chinese
with their rocket. Just turn it around,....
It was China showing off their UFO's (makes sense; your most advanced militairy crafts stops airports in your country, so if anything happens you have
total control, if it crashes, it crashes on your ground so it won't be compromised.) Now the US shoot a we-don't-know rocket that does
something-weird-to-show-of-to-China again within the shooters own range, so harder to compromise.
Well enough speculation, I just wanted to say; I'm not sure it is chinese.
