Which one are you required to give a portion of your earnings to?

Submit? The use of that word is somewhat worrisome. Makes me think of some "evil du jour" that cannot be avoided but minimized only.

I believe as a Canadian I'm obligated to follow the laws and such of Canada. I wouldn't think of it as submitting as much as an agreement, I was born here, making me a Canadian citizen, and agree that I will abide by it's rules, if not, I guess I'd have to leave or face some relevant consequence.
