I'm going with the NASA news conference. They might have actually found something important. At least I hope this is the case. Perhaps something in Burma (Myanmar) will develop now that Aung San Suu Kyi is free. Pure speculation on my part.

I've been a daily reader of George Ure's news site since 2005, a subscriber to his Peoplenomics site, and a buyer of each web bot report that comes from Clif High.

Ure has offered up some very compelling insights into a broad range of macro level finance and geo-politics.

I've been very let down by some of the web bots predictions in the past. But I've also benefitted a few times as well, like the Oct. 2008 mini-crash – got all my money out of IRAs, stock options, etc. before the big decline.

But, if truth be told, I will be pretty frustrated with these guys after belaboring the point for YEARS about the Mid-Nov 2010 tipping point.

I think Ure and High have great integrity. But this highly focused prediction may end up showing poor judgment.

Then again, as they continually emphasize...nothing at all may happen.

Of course the skeptic in me says, "Well, you can't have it both ways."

I think I will wake up at 6:30, shave and probably have my own "emotional release" right around 6:50, sitting reading a magazine while releasing some of yesterday's "emotions." I will then shower, roll into work by 7:30 and remain on-site or in-transit until 4 pm. I will then probably come home, study for some upcoming exams, take care of some financial/work matters and have just enough time to spark a doobie and relax for a few hours before bed.

As for any reason to believe otherwise, webbot/all other internet prediction machines have provided little to NO evidence to believe otherwise. All of webbot's"predictions" are generally cryptic and generalized. Much like that weird European dude from the 16th century. The one's that everyone claims to be "accurate" can usually be explained by the fact that webbot pulls from what people talk about online. Today's actions are tomorrow's consequences. If enough people are talking now about how they think government spending is going to bankrupt the country, and webbot picks it up as "the country will face bankruptcy," well then it is no less a prediction than a copyright/plagiarism violation. I have yet to bare witness to convincing evidence regarding webbot's ability to predict future events by tapping into our daily writings.

As for the few that raise eyebrows well, I'm not a jerk, of course there is the possibility that webbot is onto something. I think it is equally if not more likely that if you throw enough random nonsensical crap out there, somethings bound to be accurate.

That's my plan, too. Of course, I will also seek to do an added "tension release" while watching some well-produced "erotic artwork" in video form later in the day.

I don't think it's so much that ALTA (WebBots) predict the future. I think it's the collective consciousness as a whole that creates events and it may seem like the memes are predictive, but maybe they are just self-fulfilling?
