Please, Please tell me this isn't being seriously considered as the truth with the Democrats.
Who was the House Speaker? Who was pushing Obamas agenda? Who made the statement, “But we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it." Was it House Speaker Nancy Pelosi?
Yes, I think it was.

Pelosi really believes she is loved by the Democrats. Do, you Democrats really believe she did the best for us? Do you want her to become minority leader?

Well, her is a little of the article from her interview with NPR.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi says she has the “overwhelming support” of fellow Democrats in her bid to become minority leader in the next Congress, and says she’s not to blame for the Democrats’ mid-term debacle.

“We didn’t lose the election because of me,” Ms. Pelosi told National Public Radio in an interview that aired Friday morning. “Our members do not accept that.”

If you wish, you can read the rest of the article here:

And more of the interview here:
www.npr.org...
With quotes like: Pelosi: My motivation for running is to be in the strongest possible position to create jobs, to continue the work we did in the previous administration, to preserve Social Security, to protect what we did for health care reform and Wall Street reform.

YES, Folks, what do you think of Wall Street reform? Protect what they did for health care,,,, Come On,, My Health Care is going up 18% as of 01/2011, I've already been notified,,, Thanks to Obama and Pelosi, And No COLA increase again these year!!
2012, Obama you're Out Of There,,, Micky Mouse and Mini Mouse could do a better job and I'd vote for them over you.

Sorry about the Rant, got a little pissed again.

She is insane. She looks insane, she acts insane, and she is practicing the very definition of insanity by doing the same things that got her party destroyed in this election!

Yes, But I truly believe that Pelosi believes she is going to save Obama and his policies for the good of the American People,,,,, She Is NUTS!
I read the article and the interview and just kept thinking to myself,,,, she's crazy,, she can't really believe that the majority of people want her to stay in some sort of a power role.

OK, I have to add this from the NPR interview with pelosi.
MONTAGNE: What about, though, a temporary extension for including a tax cut for those at the high end - a year, two years?

Rep. PELOSI: Well, our position in the House has been that we support the tax cut for the middle for everyone, but not an additional tax cut at the high end. It's too costly. Those tax cuts have been in effect for a very long time. They did not create jobs. In fact, with the tax cuts that President Obama had in the recovery package, we have now 10 straight months of private sector job growth. So from day one, President Obama and this Congress have been job creators, at the same time giving tax cuts to the middle class, which do create jobs.

OK, where are these jobs she talking about? 10 months of job growth?

I think you are right, I think she truly believes that everyone loves her.

The woman is an embarrassment. MGriff' You said it all right there.

I think they couldn't take her blindly following his policies anymore. I believe if obama had required the congress to only use 1 ply toilet tissue, pelosi would had agreed and demonstrated for them that it would work and pushed that agenda.

When I watched Pelosi's march with her gavel after the Health Care Bill passed it unnerved me and it still bothers me to no end every time I see it. At this moment she knew she had pushed through a huge Bill that over 70% of voters did not want. That nobody who voted yes knew what was in it. That they had to literally bribe their own members to vote for.

My fears were well founded I later found out. Before that Bill passed, I had trouble getting insurance due to pre-existing conditions, but could get it for under $1,000 a month. Now I have one choice, to get it through the State for $1,740 per month and they are limiting how many can sign up. Let me repeat that, it is limited as to how many can sign up and it's first come, first serve. That is a 74% increase if I could afford it, which I can not.

Insurance rates for my employees went up about 15% and I'm being told to expect another 20 to 25% shortly. Net result = less care for more money and less availability for everyone. These are just simple facts. I will no longer be able to help with insurance for even long term employees. To do so would put me into Bankruptcy. All thanks to that Woman's efforts.

When I look at that photo it sends chills up and down my spine because I combine it with her speeches and her tone in those speeches. Her famous "The Word" speech really sickens me. Every cell in my body screams at me, this woman is an example of true evil and of all that is wrong in DC. She has become the symbol of all that for me.

Megalomania.

Megalomania is a word defined as: [1]

1. A psychopathological condition characterized by delusional fantasies of wealth, power, or omnipotence.
2. An obsession with grandiose or extravagant things or actions.

Combine her attitude, her words and her actions, you get a definitive Megalomaniac. All great leaders I suppose suffer from this mental illness to some extent and in a way it's needed in a powerful leader. Problem is, she is neither a leader, nor great by any stretch. I believe she is quite Mad.

My friend, Blaine91555,,, I understand what you're talking about, I'm a retired fed.
I admit, the tax payers ( which I am still one ) pay me and pickup the vast majority of my health-care plan.
What I do pay is going up by 18% according to the notice I received from Office of Personnel Management.
My cola did not increase as no one else's did either.

No, I blame much on her highness:

I've heard or read some where, pelosi, her highness was over heard saying:

For now, behind closed doors, Pelosi and her allies sound somewhat dismissive.

Miller referred to some dissenters as “irrelevant” during a leadership meeting Monday, DeLauro called them “mischief-makers,” and Pelosi characterized them as “irritants,” according to Democratic insiders.
