I doubt it.
Except for the windscreen, most commercial planes have a metal exterior that should act like a Faraday cage, though if EM is leaking through the
windshield, that could be coated with a transparent conductive coating to improve shielding.
I wouldn't say it's impossible, but it just doesn't seem too likely a cause. And the only mention I saw in your wiki link about airplanes, is
disruption of communications/navigation which are due to disruptions external to the aircraft, not any internal malfunction.
If a plane was made of non-conductive composites which didn't shield EM like metal does, then interference from external EM sources would be more
likely.
