There are many links to things going on with TSA searches so I will let everyone pick their own to read about. My thought here was to find a legal way to combat it, After some thought I came up wit what I think would be a good way if normal folks will get involved. Best of all it is legal, cost you no money and hurts the government in the long term.
We are going into the "holiday season" where most of the air travel is done. This year stay home and visit by computer or phone, drive or take a bus or train. I realize most folks look forward to the visits and I can understand that. But for the sake of hitting them in the pocket book, put off the visit to later on and send a letter to travel agents, airlines, TSA and anyone you can think of the reason you are not traveling this season is TSA actions. Be fun to also send this to talk show hosts and such to see if they would push this action. Maybe then the so called watchdogs will look at the damage they are doing. And address it.

Fly private is the best way. I haven't flown commercial in years and don't want to again. There are many small companies from small regional airports you can use to go anywhere, unfortunately unless you have an inside connection the price tag is a rather high. A better way to travel than first class imho. If more people started to fly via privately on small commuter planes from regional the price would go down.

Or everyone that is going to fly DEFY the naked body scanners.. OPT OUT. If they have thousands of OPT outs they will poop their pants. They will have to OPT out so many people that the naked body scanners will be useless. If your going to fly then OPT OUT... OPT OUT the naked body scanners... Private flying as stated is VERY expensive and only the elite can do that, so OPT OUT.

I am all for spreading the word on that.
This is a test of just what we will put up with and we need to fight.

Or do what I did on my last trip to Denver... Take a viagra about an hour before the airport... refuse the TSA full body scan... get the overly aggressive "patdown" and giggle as they try to figure out what that weapon is that you seem to be hiding is.

True story, I did it. They grabbed at me for like 20 seconds before realizing what they were grabbing, lol.

(Bonus: The female doing the "patdown" was really cute too!)

I think most people don`t realise they can opt out.
When i tell my friends to opt out, they tell me you have to go through the scanner.
It`s something we all must do if we want these things stopped.

I rarely fly but if I ever get selected for one, I will most definantly opt out. I already choose to drive rather than fly. This is just another reason.

Opting-out is an option - but is that favorable to an increasingly intrusive body pat-down? Apparently, it's becoming so offensive that airline personnel (pilots, flight attendants) have been given notice that if they find these measures so intrusive that they cannot fly afterward, to go home. Additionally, parents are enraged at the screenings children are being put through. Hundreds-thousands of emails have been sent by the public stating they will not fly, period. There is a ripple effect and the industry is concerned. This is prime-travel time and refusing to fly will have an impact on business and economics. We shall see...

Well, I am so sick and tired of it that I decided to have fun with it (I also had a ton of time to kill on my trip to Denver).

The viagra thing went well, it was really funny and the overly aggressive pat down resulted in a bright red blushing tsa employee. When she stopped I thanked her for the fantastic pat down... she looked stunned, lol.

I am trying to think of other legal, ackward pranks like this to pull in my travels, since I don't want to be microwaved every time I go to fly.

Any good prank suggestions? (And yes, I know I set the bar high out of the gate, lol)

There is a video circulating right now on YouTube from someone who refused to let the TSA (Team Sexual Assault) grab his junk.

He managed to tape the whole thing (I think he might have a pretty good attempted rape charge!)

Here are the videos I talked about. Bad video but GREAT audio!!! The TSA (Team Sexual Assault) will likely have a little egg on their faces from this one!
