Another missile (?) spotted Tuesday night off the coast?

Am I reading this correctly or are they stating this incorrectly....?....that ANOTHER similar 'vapor' trail was spotted today? Do they mean another missile trail (aka contrail aka optical illusion)?

Can someone bring me up to real speed and not media spun speed please?

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The Pentagon is trying to figure out if a missile was launched north of Catalina Island Monday evening.

In a video posted to KCBS's website, what appears to be a missile, or some other object, shoots into the sky off the Southern California coast. A helicopter news crew caught site of it as they were filming traffic above the city.

U.S. Northern Command confirmed it was not a launch by a foreign country and said it was not a threat. Vandenberg Air Force Base said it did launch a missile Friday night but did not have any launch Monday night. A Vandenberg official who saw footage of the contrail said it appeared to be a missile, possibly launched from a Navy post on an island near Catalina.

Government officials are talking to the Air Force, Navy and North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) to try to figure out where the object came from.

A spokesman for the Pentagon said that no missile could be launched without formal notification in advance to warn air and sea traffic, and no such notification had been received by any government agency.

The FAA also released a statement saying it had not authorized any launches.

A similar second vapor trail was reportedly seen by some witnesses Tuesday night off the coast as well.

Obama has his 3000 person entourage escorting him overseas to be greeted by a volcano while China threatens to drop the dollar and silver has suddenly taken off while our economy is spinning out of control and if that weren't enough; a UFO was reported over Washington DC and missiles are going off and...... no one is saying anything except rhetoric bull crap????

How am I supposed to sit here, be okay and get on with my life??

I am actually too busy to even play "end times". Bother me at the beginning of next semester or something. The shadow organizations had their time to play it big in august - october, but now, now its time to study hard. I don't have time for Aliens, WW3, Pissing contests between nations, and the like.

Man, that puppet-prez might as well just stay over there. He's not needed nor will he be missed.

oh god Orange County Airport. i think they mean John Wayne Airport which is really close to my home and that's not cool. if you guys remember the video from yesterday, there was also a plane flying close to the missile as well.

How many does this make now? I think it is 3 in the last week if I am right. I am starting to wonder if our goverment even knows what is going on. Stuff going UP does not bother me much it is stuff coming DOWN that I am worryed about. Are terrorist trying to make rockets to bombs us with? Is this a flase flag to make us think just that?

I am thinking there will be another one of these events soon.

I don't mean to go off topic but first, I wish you well and this is not directed at you per se but.....with all this crap going on, it's hard to even imagine a future where someone will benefit from their hard work (and money spent) by their schooling right now (unless you're learning how to be an urban survivalist).

Again, this is not at you but I tell you my young friend, the future ain't looking too bright at the moment.
I hope I am just caught up with all this emotional BS and it'll just pass but.............I'm not too sure about that anymore.
I really really really hope I'm wrong and your future will be as bright as mine was (Ah the 70's. There will never ever be another era like that one again).

I live in the area and vandenberg is testing a host of things. If you go to certain beaches with very little light close enough to base between 8-10 at night, you can see a ufo. there is always misslesque contrails coming from over the mountain.

That's fine. That's even believable but then why is it such a mystery? Why get the Pentagon involved? Or better yet, why don't they know?

And this is what MY tax money is going towards? A inept unreliable unresponsive military that's supposed to be protecting me but allows planes fly into my buildings and 9 years later, has missiles going off yet they don't know? Are they all on their iphones?

This is going to be another Norway spiral episode. They're going to make SOMETHING into nothing. Sorta like what they're doing to my country come to think of it.......................

A helicopter purportedly video taped AND was in the first video (not sure how that was accomplished) but isn't this the second one?

Well I hate to say this, cuz the video from Monday looked like a missile, but if it happens 2 days in a row at the same time and place, and for that matter, happens again this evening, it just might be planes.
