Alvin Greene mulls presidential bid

Alvin Greene might run for president.

Greene, the unlikely Democratic Senate nominee in South Carolina who lost overwhelmingly to Republican Sen. Jim DeMint last week, called the state Democratic Party on Tuesday to ask how much it would cost to run for president.

“Maybe. I’ll have to see,” Greene told POLITICO when asked whether he was considering filing to run for president. He confirmed that he called the state party Tuesday to ask about the fee. The state party’s spokeswoman, Keiana Page, confirmed that someone called the party Tuesday asking about the presidential filing fee but said that the caller did not identify himself.

Looks like Obama could have a very serious challenge coming from inside his own political party in 2012. The charismatic Alvin Greene everyone!

Anyway, like I was sayin', shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich. That- that's about it

Granted he's rough around the edges, but I like him.. he belongs to a one of the stale failures so I can't support him. I do hope he beats out whichever establishment tool he's running against though.. just for the humor value.

Looks like he's been working on his congressman skills.. lol.. maybe a BI-partisan republican will reach-around the isle and teach him the GOP toilet toe tap technique.. could work in a library.

I would absolutely love to see congress flooded with non affiliated Alvin Greene like candidates, now that would be some "change".
