I Wish I Could Make Political Parties Go Away!

I need a magic wand.

All the political parties have a point. They're all right. We don't need them. All they do is put us into camps so it's us against them. I hate it.

Why can't we just focus on issues one at a time and just have people's opinions expressed about them. Put our heads together and come up with a synthesis of what to do about this and that. That way, we'd be focused on the issues themselves instead of the contest.
