An inquiry ordered by US President Barack Obama into the BP oil spill has given support to many of the company's own findings, challenging claims BP sacrificed safety to save money.

They didn't sacrifice safety to save money? ...And I'm a marlin. I'm guessing that BP was a major campaign donor.

Anyone who believes that is blind or stupid.....or both. Just the fact that Obama pretended to be doing the back stroke in the Gulf of Mexico shows he was trying to save BP's image and make it appear all is well shows you that he is vested in them. BP and companies like them pay big money for it. That's the very heart of it....MONEY.....and politics. In the moments after the explosion, a BP executive in a LIFEBOAT was heard on his cell phone saying "Are you F'n HAPPY now/ It F'n BLEW".....so yeah.....they took risks for money....and lost...
