Thanks for the explanation. I didn't understand how bright the light was, never having seen it, hence my question.

A laser light shine in your eyes, even a budget laser pen, even from a mile away can be like standing 10 feet away with a regular torch. in very dark ambiant light the effect is multiplyed many times.

It sounds great, as long as it's used properly.

laser targeting...you can align the laser with the scope of the gun so when you turn it on with a pressurized button on the front grip your bullets will go where the laser is pointing...it's pretty impressive and fun to shoot when it starts getting dark out
