A day after a similar barrage of missiles which killed two Israelis, including a three year old, in Sderot, Palestinian militans fired 5 more missiles
into southern Israel as Prime Minister Ariel Sharon was visiting the area. There are no casualties or injuries reported.
Militants fire rockets on Israel
The officials said at least three rockets landed near Sderot, bringing to five the number of missiles to hit the area today.
The attacks came a day after a similar barrage killed two Israelis in Sderot, including a three-year-old boy.
A senior official said Mr Sharon was visiting the boy's family at the time of the attack. The prime minister was not harmed, the official said.

It was unknown if the militants knew that Sharon was in the area since the visit to the boy's family was kept a secret. The Israeli army launched a
new offensive into northern Gaza to avoid any further attacks.
According to ABC news one man was injured in the attack.
