There is a (wrongly named) method used by a few people that position themselves so that the sun is just blocked by the corner of a roof or a street light and film whatever floats by with an IR filter on their camera, can't remember what it's called but it's basically the same deal as what you're seeing.

This video was taken in the day... ambient light, including light in the infrared range, is reflecting off of everything. That includes bugs.

That video is footage of an Apache Helicopter, there is NOTHING intimidating about the plethora of information that has come to light regarding the Kruse hoax cult. Seems now and then we get someone with an IR cam that has jumped on the Gillian and Kruse lunatic bandwagon that so happens to film motion blur of birds,bugs,dust,snow flakes, planes choppers and anything air borne claiming it to be Aliens .
