Most certainly this is a subject we should want to keep a close eye on, as it affects the vast majority of the populace.

There appears to be a divisiveness on this amongst many as well.

Personally, I feel that this imposition is pure tyranical big brother enforcement upon the masses, in order to again serve corporate power and agendas, which of course our gov never seems to be at a loss to do oh so willingly. lol



On Monday, the Supreme Court turned down an early challenge to President Barack Obama's new health care law, the Associated Press reported. The decision to reject the case was not a surprise because no lower court had yet ruled on it.

Most notably, the ruling showed that Justice Elena Kagan would take part if the case does reach the high court in the future.
