President Obama and Rememberance Day

Has anyone noticed how President Obama sent Joe Biden to observance services last year, and this year is conveniently out of the country at a time when he is expected to remember those who have paid the ultimate price during times of war?

I'm surprised this hasn't been mentioned on here yet!
