What does the K in my point system stand for?

I've done some searching and haven't determined what the K stands for in the point system that shows up on my avatar.

Could somebody please enlighten me about this?

I'm sure I missed it somewhere but sometimes it's faster to ask than to exhaust the time to search.

I would have liked to see how the number was calculated but the explanation provided was sufficient to answer my question and let me know what is required to maximize the number.
