Contrail or Chemtrail?

So I was driving to school in the morning and noticed a lot of contrails or chemtrails. About an hour later I was driving home (class was cancelled ) and I pulled over and recorded one contrail or chemtrail:

I understand the title of the video suggests there are two different contrails but it is actually the same one only about three to four minutes apart.

LOCATION: Ventura, CA

ETA#3:
I was on this website: www.wrh.noaa.gov... and I guess it *IS* a contrail. Or maybe that's what "they" want me to think? Interesting.
