Roberts states that there are two things that must happen if we're going to revive the U.S.:
Bring off-shored jobs back to the U.S.
Cut the domestic budget, which requires stopping the wars.
He says the only way to get a Congress that will do this is to stop political contributions, but that the powers that be will not allow that.
In Part 3 of 4, he says that it may be that the people who pull the strings will walk away from the system when it is clear that the system is going
down - he makes a comparison to the fall of the Soviet Union.
