Most current Co2 production is from the earths ocean. There is evidence that as oceans warm up they release co2, and that co2 rises in response to temperature change. THis destroys al gore and his fakers.

The ocean is currently absorbing some of the CO2 which is going into the atmosphere. It is a sink, not a source of CO2. That's why oceans are acidifying (this is an experimental fact, not an opinion or conjecture).

It is also true that as the oceans warm and get increasingly acidifed, they will be able to absorb CO2 less easily.

This means that future emissions will add even more to the CO2 in the atmosphere and global warming will accelerate further.

Of course global warming is real - the hoax is that man caused it or can do anything about it.

It's a UN globalist scheme to keep 3rd world countries impoverished & tax the hell out of industrialized countries & China laughs at us cause they want no part of it. But you have idiots like Algore & his minions running like the sky is falling. It's just naturally occuring earth changes - ive read we are actually headed for a mini ice age but whatever.

That is just a local heating... It does not affect the global climate in the least... This fact is corroborated when you get out of cities the temperatures immediately decrease...

This is the problem with the AGW proponents...every one of them is ignorant of everything that has to do with Climate Change, and CO2...

To add the word "anthropogenic" to any NATURAL occurrence on this planet is ridiculous to me. Are earthquakes anthropogenic? Hurricanes? Tornados? Volcanos? ...Did they all just start happening when humans came onto the scene? I'll go with probably not. In fact, there are UN-falsified records to prove it! Just as there are UN-falsified records of a planet which has gone through hot and cold climate cycles for millions of years more extreme than anything we're experiencing now.

I think most who are posting in this thread have their minds made up one way or the other on this subject, so there won't be any flipping of their beliefs on the matter, but I'll close by saying that the Earth is a pretty amazing planet ...Let's just sit back and enjoy the ride and it's surroundings instead of attaching alarmist agenda-driven theories to it's natural processes.

Because they ALWAYS profit the most from a bad situation...such as wars for example. Why? Because their funds allow them to get a head start. Carbon trading for example is a complete disaster because it doesn't actually fix the problem at all.

Because sadly he's given in to sensationalism. The situation is really grave, he's right in that though. But he did blow some things out of proportion which hurt the movement. Doesn't change the fact that climate change is happening and entire countries will go under because of it. And it's also a fact that no other factor than human intervention is the cause given that no other identifiable factor has been found.

The whole "the sun is causing it" which nonsense comedy channels like FOX keep on repeating over and over again has been debunked a million times. But logic isn't high on their list of priorities if their masters would suffer from having to actually protect the environment while doing business.

This planet's climate is changing. It's been doing it for millions of years.

As the data shows, not anywhere near the rate it's changing at now. The temperature increase we saw over the past 20 years normally took around 1,000 years for crying out loud.
