How do I post images?

I want to post a image to the forum, but when I click the image button it asks for a URL. How do I do it?

How can one compress an image so that it is under 100K?

For that you need a photo-editing program. A good - free - one is Irfanview. But you can also do it with MsPaint.

The image is on my local computer. I don't want to serve it from here. where do I upload it to?

I watched the tutorial and did everything right
However the image I want to post only gets partly posted when I post it.

How do I fix this? Is the image not small enough? Can i make it smaller on here or do I need to it elsewhere?

Edit - I made the image smaller on photobucket and reuploaded it. The whole image now appears when I post it.

Ive seen people upload images with scroll bars before though..how do you do that?

I have a problem getting into my pics here at ATS. I have reset my password, ask for a new one, reset again and can't get in.


Most of my photo go into my Care2 hosting program or Photobucket, is there a way to post from those sites?
