This just in. A formal complaint of voter intimidation by union officials, has been submitted to Nevada Secretary of State. The complaint contends that Nevada unions are busing in their members and enforcing their voting. They are not allowing their members unobserved voting opportunity.

Here is the complaint-www.redstate.com...

I would post snippets of the pdf, but it seems that it has been saved as one item, so I cannot paste any snippets.

Hmmm, so the unions are forcing their members to go to polling locations while the union keeps an eye on their members. They are not allowing unobserved voting, they are providing free food if they go and vote with the union, they actually stated that they were not going to take them out back and kill them when asked if what they were doing could be considered intimidation, the list goes on.

Well folks, I think you had better question exactly what the hell is going on in our country.

Read more in that complaint, it will scare the hell out of you. These are accounts from poll watchers amongst others.

Oh well, I guess community organizing has gone to a WHOLE new level.

Doesn't the law quarantee the privacy of voting? Aren't there officials present to enforce this? When you go out to vote take your camera with you guys. It was recently ruled that you can take pictures in voting places as long as you don't take pictures that show what people vote and don't harrass them.

Indeed. In Nevada you could be heavily fined or put in jail for violating the privacy of a voter or voters.
There's also a bunch of other procedural issues. Like allowing lunch boxes that could carry hacking equipment into the building, which is against Nevada election rules.

There's a lot of union influence in southern Nevada. Many casinos and businesses have fought them off pretty hard and for good reasons.

In the complaint, someone went to one of the observers and complained about what was going on. They went and talked to one of the union officials. That is where the statement about taking the union members out back and killing them comes from.

As for the laws, a law firm wrote this up. The voting laws on privacy amongst other things are included in the complaint.

I found a snippet at this link-www.norcalblogs.com...

4. Complainant respectfully requests that the Secretary of State and Task Force take immediate steps to protect the right of all union members in the State of nevada to be able to cast a secret ballot for the candidates of their choice at the 2010 general election (hereinafter, "the Election"), without fear of reprisas, recriminations, job loss, or other adverse actions resulting from union bosses' improper and heavy-handed infringement upon their members' fundamental voting rights, which rights are guaranteed to every citizen of the United States.

5. During the course of early voting, Complainant has actually witnessed, and is aware of numerous reports about, labor union leaders' activities in and around polling places in Clark County. The reports indicate that several unions are engaging in activities that appear to be intended to intimidate and coerce their members into casting their votes in the Election under the close scrutiny and supervision of union personnel.

If anyone can open the pdf and copy parts of the complaint, let me know. I have Acrobat and cannot understand why I cannot. I think it has been saved as a picture, but I could be wrong. First pdf I have not been able to copy and paste from.

Are they intimidating them with threats of mushroom clouds? That's the intimidation that sticks out in my mind.

edit: If I didn't respond to the article it's because I think it's bullpucky. I don't believe it. No one is at the polls in America making people vote a certain or they will kill them. Come on now, get real.

It surprises me not at all. Unions are thug like organizations, and you better be on board. OR ELSE.

Thanks for that, okay, why the hell did I not think of that?:bnghd:

Yeah, no intimidation there.

Union officials "do not worry about who you vote for, it is not like we are going to get you fired or anything"

Yeah, they did not do anything like that, right folks? Noooooo.

So, since they have not passed card check yet, they are just going to institute it at polling locations. The unions have been taken over by communist thugs, IMO.

You might not be able to copy the text if it's in jpeg format in the pdf. That's just a pdf with a bunch pictures that have the text. You could perhaps save the jpegs separately and then crop them to post here.

unions are the arm of the democratic party much like the gestapo was the arm of the hitler agenda

same tactics same fear and smear rhetoric take a good look at america today

we live in a complete authoritarian totalitarian regime pepretrated by the so called "savoirs" of the democracy.

voting is suppose to be a private matter and we are not to be bought off like the democrats are doing.

our entire election system is nothing but a complete travesty of its true intentions.

privacy of voting is guaranteed and i do not expect the current department of injustice to do a damn thing about this its business as usual a special interest group it the new american gestapo.

Do not want to forget the former President of SEIU's words. Workers of the world unite. If power of persuasion does not work, use power of persuasion.

What is wrong with people. Unable to exercise your rights? Not capable of telling someone to leave your property, call the police on them?

If you can't exercise your rights, you don't deserve them. The government shouldn't be exercising them for you.
