Could you clarify where gays don't have the same rights as everyone else?

A simple "No, they don't" is a poor argument or are you subconsciously conceding that they do?

Gays work. Gays have homes. Gays go shopping. Gays are even allowed to adopt children (for some ungodly reason).

So, what rights are they beibg denied?

i don't understand what this has to do with my post. this guy didn't say anything about gay rights and neither did i. he said he hopes gay people die of aids and that he would disown his own children for being gay. i'm not exactly some great gay rights crusader, i just think to have that level of hatred toward a group is unhealthy. it has nothing to do with the law, i just think the guy is all psychologically there to be ranting about how much pleasure it gives him to see people dying.
