AM/PM Threads.

I think there should be a warning for members that there will be a certain amount of mods between ?am and ?pm. Its more frustrating to think that certain threads will be ignored as opposed to not to may people being here. That would help with people thinking that they are being ignored instead of nobody being here at the time.

When there are no mods online, that is when the trolls shall come from under the bridge to attack
If everyone knows when there isn't a mod online someone might go rambo style with T&C violations
