this is a small time 1990's election, before electronic voting machines. still, it is considered "one of the most scrutinized elections in the history...of the city" and at least one of the interviewees finds it highly improbable. yet, the union-official caught on tape seems very matter of fact about the election being stolen.

what does ats think.

Yeah, I watched that somewhere.

What they did was sent three machines to a supposed polling place, this guy on the video was asking about it and was told to just leave it alone, which he did.

The machines were already loaded with votes.

Yep, as Stalin use to say, it is not who votes it is who counts the votes.

So folks, going to deny STILL that there is voter fraud going on?

This is NOT voter fraud - it is VOTE fraud.
Voter fraud is where an individual votes mulitple times, misrepresents their address, citizenship, etc.
Vote fraud is where the tallies or machines are tampered with.
The Republicans were crying foul several years ago about voter fraud yet not one case led a conviction.
In the meantime they stole the 2004 election using vote fraud, intimidation, caging lists, etc.

This is an important distinction everyone should know.
That is if you give a hoot about Democratic representation.
Cheers, ATA

What is sad is we are seeing voter fraud all over this country. Case in point an article came out about Harry Reid attempting to bribe voters by offering free food for a vote.

Two days ago, the Democratic Secretary of State announced that voters can be provided "free food" at "voter turnout events." Harry Reid has been offering free food and, according to other reports, some Democratic allies such as teachers' unions are offering gift cards in return for a vote for Reid.

What Harry Reid is doing is clearly illegal. Nevada law (NRS 293.700) provides that, “A person who bribes, offers to bribe, or use and other corrupt means, directly or indirectly, to influence any elector in giving his or her vote or to deter the elector from giving it is guilty of a category D felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.”

not to mention the interesting events in Florida with absentee ballots and in Philadelphia as well.

WRONG! Vote fraud is defined as," Electoral fraud is the deliberate interference with the process of an election. Such efforts and campaigns can be quite sophisticated, involving court challenges and counter-challenges.
Inflating the vote can be accomplished by buying or coercing votes from persons who would not normally vote but who are nevertheless eligible to vote, by registering false voters such as the deceased, by recording multiple votes from a single voter, or by subverting the vote counting process itself."

Its not just the act of a voter placing a ballot numerous times as you stated above or anything of the like.

i know! it makes me wonder about this comment in another thread that i posted where the chair of the dnc says "give us 2 more years then you have the right to remove us from power." the way he seems to confidently imply that we don't have the 'right' to remove the dems from power in 2010 is definately worrisome and stories like the one's you just posted might be a manifestation of that kind of entitlted attitude.

Actions speaker louder than words, and in all truths to the sense, there is something much larger on the Horizon, and I think it involves the prominent figures of power finally succeeding in the stranglehold of the people of our country.....ever see the movie V for Vendetta? If not check it out.....could be a preview of what's to come!
