Voter Fraud app and tracking said fraud

ok i dont like this for these following reasons.

1 creation of false fraud incidents that lead people to stay away from certain voter locations

2 creation of false fraud incident that has no foundation in fact that leads to recounts where the votes can be manipulated on location..

3. 3rd party which means anyone can get access to it to do whatever they wish.

4 cell phones can be hacked and personal information of phones can be compromised.
