16 Black Projects!

I was watching a show on the history channel about stealth aircraft and one person who was in the "Know" about secret testing in the Nevada desert, said that the Pentagon had 16 black project awaiting declassification. 4 of those black projects were manned. What do you think some of the projects might be?

he really did beat me to it i waited till the sow was donr but i guess he didnt uhgggg if i had only posted a little earlier but it was an interseting show though.
