Yes! I just became a member of the Korean Friendship Association!

This is my second and first successful try to become a member. The North Korean government is picky who they chose! So I guess a little butt kissing didn't hurt at all.

I hope you and your family will be in good health. From now onwards we wait for your articles, comments and suggestions to improve our association.

The North Korean government is picky who they chose!

According to this, the Korean Friendship Association is operated by a private individual in Spain, and has as one of its listed objectives "the peaceful unification of the Korean peninsula."

I don't get the impression the North Korean government has anything to do with it, and nothing on KFA's about us page leads me to believe otherwise.

I do know from my studies that the NK government does want to unify Korea. I signed up for membership on a North Korean orientated site. I love different cultures and history. Korea in the past and today has so much to say and it would be great to learn about both Koreas as a whole then separate entities.
