Keep in mind today is the day that the magnetic storms from the sun are going to be higher than a long long time...

Wonder if there is a correlation

Yes I was expecting an increase today due to solar activity but having checked on spaceweather.com this has not arrived yet, I wonder does this mean there could be more to come today?

According to RSOE EDIS there were two EQ back to back, both being 7.5 mag, and one being at a depth of 14 km, while the other was at a depth of 33 km.

There are no Geomagnetic storm warnings as of yet for today, although I do remember reading on ATS that we were expected to get something today.

It appears there is only a Tsunami watch, no warning, and none detected so far. This wasn't very far off shore, so the tsunami would have probably had immediate impact.
