Unknown. No one knows what is in the insurance file at this point except the WL people that put it together.

My guess is that the insurance file contains different info. Potentially more damaging. Maybe not to the US as a whole, but to one or more very senior people. It could also contain info totally unrelated to either Iraq or Afghanistan but be of a nature that the US government does NOT want to come out.
