What?

This is how our tax dollars are being spent by this congress and this administration?

How does this kind of spending help create sustainable jobs and help the economy recover?

While we are discussing the merits of spending scarce tax dollars on so-called "arts" during the current recession, maybe someone can also explain what the quoted example really even means.

It's quite clear what this means - stay in school or learn a trade...otherwise you may end up as a broke ass, bi-polar, method actor with an agenda..!
