Chet Holifield Federal Building
Avila Rd and La Paz Rd, Laguna Niguel, CA
This is a regional branch office of our federal government, housing some National Archives material and other miscellaneous government documents. It
was originally built for the aerospace firm Rockwell International. What makes the structure so distinctive is that it's a ziggurat-a stepped pyramid
in the style of ancient Babylonia. It is easily the most unusual bit of architecture in South County.

visions and communications from God. Charismatic and controversial, she founded monasteries throughout Spain, and is known by works that include her
autobiography and The Way of Perfection. She was beatified in 1614 and canonized in 1622 by Pope Gregory XV, and in 1970 was made a Doctor of the

The City of Redlands, CA (where Chester Holifield

Redlands, California [San Bernardino County], is a small city of 64,000 residents that sits nestled at the foot of Southern Californias highest
mountains, halfway between Los Angeles and Palm Springsa place Theodore Roosevelt once called a sight for the gods.
Redlands was named by Frank E. Brown, a civil engineer, and E. G. Judson, a New York stock broker, who met in Southern California in the late 1870s.
They called the town Redlands after the color of the adobe soil.

Redlands probably holds a little more interest for me because I was born there (back in July 1977). Ive heard that San Bernardino County (located
east of LA and the largest county in CA) is crawling with Satanists. A personal acquaintance (who has been involved in illegal activities in the
past) informed me that all of the rich ones [Satanists] live in Redlands. If anyone has any further information in this regard, Id like to hear
about it.
