Well that picture created by Phage was from December 2, 2012... if you use the program Stellarium, you will notice on Dec 3, 2012 Mercury and Venus do not appear to move from our visual vantage point, however Saturn moves ever so slightly... That’s why both of those pictures are side by side... It's not what I think, it's what actually happens. I would suggest you take that picture and use a tape measure, so you can begin to answer that question on your own. I guarantee if you start to answer these questions on your own, you wont be able to stop until you know for sure.
