I've actually replied to a few posts on these boards before I saw that I could introduce myself in these forums. I am an information specialist with a vast interest in astronomy, astro-biology and making starships (Using 3dMax of course). I am writing a scifi novel based on many facts and theories regarding ET's and secretly advancing technology, and this site turned up while I was doing research for my book. I was actually researching the Aurora and Mercury Plasma rings (Magnetic Distortion field) when the site turned up, if i'm going to build an imaginary spaceship, I want it to be convincing and based on the laws of relativity. I'll stop there as I don't want this post to be taken the wrong way, perhaps when the book is published everyone will get to know me by then, the admins will allow me to disclose the title and web link to my site for those interested.

I'll go ahead and mention a bit about my belief system, which from time to time also landed me on this site doing Google searches. I do believe a craft crashed in Roswell, not only that but I believe it was shot down by one of our own weapons, perhaps that of Tesla's death ray, who knows. The government was sending faxes many decades ago, we didn't start using them in the public until much later. Also, as a technical specialist, I have followed the development of computers very close for the past few decades, we went from calculators the size of a room to computers that fit in our pockets in too short of a time. I can't help but wonder if we might have had a bit of help along the way. I feel we are far more advanced then we are let on, and can't help but wonder what is being created by Skunk Works, especially after hearing what some of their former employees had to say such as Ben Rich prior to his death and retired Boyd Bushman who's explained science makes sense. I am objective though, I won't agree with something just because it fits my own theories and/or beliefs, I like to see facts to back many things up. I will from time to time though approach a topic with a "I wouldn't doubt it" attitude, but that doesn't necessarily mean i'm accepting it as fact. I'm still looking for the video of the 1993 UCLA speech which Ben Rich gave, until I see it I can't say he ever made the statements some say he made, BUT again, I wouldn't doubt it. My approach is generally scientific, but I do speculate from time to time as a means to acquire direction on any given subject.

I look forward to being a part of this community.
