Sephardi leader Yosef: Non-Jews exist to serve Jews

Israeli Sephardic leader Rabbi Ovadia Yosef in his weekly Saturday night sermon said that non-Jews exist to serve Jews.
“Goyim were born only to serve us. Without that, they have no place in the world; only to serve the People of Israel,” he said during a public discussion of what kind of work non-Jews are allowed to perform on Shabbat.

“Why are gentiles needed? They will work, they will plow, they will reap. We will sit like an effendi and eat,” he said to some laughter.

Yosef, the spiritual leader of the Shas Party and the former chief Sephardi rabbi of Israel, also said that the lives of non-Jews are protected in order to prevent financial loss to Jews.

“With gentiles, it will be like any person: They need to die, but God will give them longevity. Why? Imagine that one’s donkey would die, they’d lose their money. This is his servant. That’s why he gets a long life, to work well for this Jew,” said the rabbi, who recently turned 90.

An audio recording of some of the rabbi’s remarks was broadcast on Israel’s Channel 10.

The American Jewish Committee condemned the rabbi’s remarks in a statement issued Monday.

“Rabbi Yosef’s remarks—suggesting outrageously that Jewish scripture asserts non-Jews exist to serve Jews—are abhorrent and an offense to human dignity and human equality,” said AJC Executive Director David Harris. “Judaism first taught the world that all individuals are created in the divine image, which helped form the basis of our moral code. A rabbi should be the first, not the last, to reflect that bedrock teaching of our tradition.”

Don't think this should be very surprising.Rabbi Ovadia Yosef was probably influenced by reading the Protocols of the elders of Zion.

Some call the protocols a massive HOAX.Yet what the Rabbi mentioned and the points stated in the protocols tell us a different story.Just look at israel and its influence on major powers.

Yes! We need the true Messiah to come soon and change this. Jesus and countless others failed. So soon the real Messiah will finally come and change all of this. I'm half Jewish on my fathers side and I find this statement ridiculous.

Just messing around. I don't believe in the Messiah concept. The Jews are waiting for this great person and Christians, Muslims and numerous others are waiting for Jesus to return. As well many other people have claimed to be the Messiah, Jesus or other religious characters.

Ovadia represents a fifth of world Jewry that is a sizeable chunk in anybody's language. His sermon last saturday showed his true colours and that of his adherents who follow his teachings. He is also the spiritual leader of Shas who are a part of Israel's coalition government. If Shas are not removed from the Israeli government then you can summarise that the Israeli government agree with his views.Shas,Yisrael Beiteinu, Likud. What a coalition! Is this the soul of Israel? It seems it has become the soul of Israel, for they are still in power.

However, Israel need not worry because the media in the USA won't report this, as Congress will continue funding Jewish racism against Arabs, while the American public remains ignorant sheep. Just ask Helen Thomas or Rick Sanchez.

The Rabbi has also been quoted saying to his followers regarding goyims 'they also give you billions of dollars per year in aid'
