I'm not sure--I've never seen Sparks vids before the other day. The link at LewRockwell went to a financial site---
market-ticker.org...

and the vid was embedded there. I haven't found any other Sparks vids yet.

It's both. Political motivation is behind just about everything. That onion (politics) has many layers.
