The easy solution to all this is...............................Say it with me y'all....DON'T EAT THE DAMN STUFF!!!



Even on the road and stuck to eat fast food, their are plenty of better choices out there. Subway, Mr Sub, Quiznos...Hell drop in to any local grocery store and get a freshly made sandwich!!!

Just try at best to avoid McDonald's, Burger King, Harveys and all them fast food take out joints !

Basic smarts !!!
