Actually, I grow all the produce that my family, my children and my grandchildren need. In addition, we put up soups, sauces, vegetable stews, catsup, and just about anything that you need for a healthy life.

It is this kind of 'official government definition' that makes potential alleged-terrorists-by-definition of a huge portion of our own country's most patriotic citizens.
a) as if state and local authority are not ALSO government.
b) as if the founding of the country was not predominantly based on that.
