Hello all

Well, figured it was time to legitimize my presence here, no more lurking in the shadows! Been reading posts on this board for the last couple months, had a reason to post last night, voila...here I am, introducing myself...Alan, from the hot and dusty Phoenix, AZ area. Interested in many of the topics discussed here, open to ideas and opinions, and that's about all I got right now. (kids are begging me to go get chinese for dinner...lol).

Welcome aboard...good to have yet another new member. Been to AZ twice in my life...lovely views. What was that famous saying when AZ was about to join the Union - something along the lines of "just needing some water and some good people and it would be a great place" and one of the U.S. Senators replied that was all that Hell needed as well (true story but I'm paraphrasing - and just joking).
