the story is in finnish but ,

it seams that someone has gone rogue,
Since the first shooting he traveled 250km+
east to west and is still armed.

he was spotted trying to board a cargo ship but failed and escaped but dropped a backpack and a rifle that was stolen
day/days earlier but is still assumed to be carrying a shotgun,

then someone saw him sneaking it to a house which the police
then raided but didnt find him , so hes still on the run

i live right near by so i thought id share

here is what i think about the entire incident:

Komisario Pertti Hautala Jokilaaksojen poliisista kertoi, että varsinainen operaatio on tältä päivältä ohi ja että talossa tehdään vielä teknistä tutkintaa. Hautalan mukaan ilmoituksia epäillyn liikkumisesta tulee koko ajan, ja havainnot tarkistetaan. Hän arveli, että etsintä saattaa jatkua jossain muodossa perjantaina.

He was found during the night some 20km from where he was last spotted hiding in a "summer house" and is in police custody,

so its safe to sleep again

at this point his identity is still a mystery but he speaks lithuanian and is belived to be around 20-25 years of age ,
