Eesh...

While I am certainly entirely unimpressed by Obama's 'business as usual', special-interest serving performance, this is sure to make some serious waves and spark debate.

I can hear the screams beginning...

I wonder how long they will allow this to stay up?

A billboard depicting Barack Obama as an Islamist suicide bomber, a gay and a Mexican bandit has triggered a storm of criticism in a western US city weeks ahead of crucial polls.

The colourful poster of the US president -- under the ironic slogan "Vote DemocRAT" -- is attracting attention from media worldwide and from people clogging a local parking lot for a closer look.

Although I don't care for Obama's policies at all, I find this tasteless and immature. Name calling and slander proves no point. If you have a true argument against him and what he is doing, state it with an intelligent rebuttal. Save the cartoon satire for the funny pages.

Barry aka The skinny socialist deserves the about the same level of reverance that he lends to the Presidency. This guy is a community organizer. That's all he knows. I could care less how he's depicted because I'm convinced that he is danger to the future of this country. Those that support this guy will one day wonder where they went wrong, but by then I fear it will be to late.

I am more concerned about the business owner...

Doris Downey, the owner of a company whose parking lot is being invaded by people taking a closer look, is angry that her business is being disrupted.
"I have no problem with freedom of speech, but I do have a problem with causing problems for others, and this is causing problems for us on top of all this," she said.
"I don't know who commissioned that thing, which I think is despicable, but they should own up to it," Downey said. "Anonymous opinion gets no respect from me."

I suppose someone didn't think their sign would draw so many crowds? Or maybe they just didn't care.
