MANKIND will need two planets to produce enough food, materials and water to sustain itself by 2030 if exploitation of the land and oceans continues at the present rate, scientists have warned.

As delegates prepare to meet in Japan next Monday to agree to new targets to halt the loss of wildlife species worldwide, a report has found that mankind is plundering the earth's natural resources at 1.5 times the rate it can replace them.

The elites will be firing up those rockets to go,
Bill Gates will have to up the vaccination program,
WW3,

or all of the above

well if they made things to last you could maybe half it instantly. but i know for a fact that they put design flaws in products to maximize profits. then the people who get rich of those profits preach to the poor and middle class about saving the planet!

True.
'Made in America' is hard to find.
My fathers shed was full of 'American Steel'.
He swore by it.

They use the words 'scientist says' as though it's indisputable fact, when it is perfectly obvious that this isn't the case. It's just more mind manipulation. They have thousands of corrupt 'scientists' and 'scientific data' in their paid employ.

There have been many different books written on the coming doom, caused by lack of resources on Earth to support our ever-growing population. A lot of them had deadlines that came and went, with no doom occurring.

I was once told that if you gave every person on Earth one square foot of land to stand on, you could put them all inside the State of Texas and have room to spare. Does anyone feel like doing the math?

Edit to add: I did the math and found that you could give every person on Earth one hundred sq. feet of land and still put them all inside of Texas, still having room to spare.

Isn't it funny that you NEVER hear that story being reported.

There always has to be some expensive and impractical solution but no one ever looks at the most basic aspect...too much crap designed with short lifespans to keep the shareholders happy with double digit growth year after year after year.

Efficiency is expensive, that's why no one bothers with it. At the most basic, an extra employee is required which cuts into the numbers.

It's not just business that is to blame though. We live in a culture of entitlement where not only does everyone deserve everything, but they must also have it now.

Start worrying !

What do you think ?

Big people with big money will be aware of this. Those people and governments plan for years and years ahead.
They will not just sit back and watch the world going to a big pile of useless junk. They will try to extend their luxury lives as long as possible at the cost of others.... No doubts about that. Or they know something we don't

If we would have just gotten off of our big behinds 10 years ago we could already have an atmosphere started on Mars.

The topic has been stated almost every decade for the last thousand years.
(Look it up)

First reply is----B$.
Starving people die. Therefore, the planet will only sustain what it can sustain.
If you die, you cannot breed.

Second reply--Momma knows best.
If you view the planet as a living entity, she will modify her actions to promote evolution or extinction.
Dinosaurs were here much longer than us.

Third reply---The Future.
Mankind is rapidly entering a phase where the physical and digital are merging.
How much longer till "man" is just a compilation of virtual bits and bytes needing only electrical energy from sunlight to exist forever?

Just my dos pesos (and the topic of a series I am authoring)
Necroi- Book 1--Genesis.
