Tuesday, February 1, 2011, Petkov pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault and battery; she has been ordered to move from her neighborhood as part of her sentence.

Well it looks like she has to move now, her and her husband they have made life hell for pretty much everyone.
I just feel bad for the new neighbors that are going to have to live with them.

Yesterday, February 1, 2011, Petkov learned her fate after pleading guilty to misdemeanor assault and battery. As part of a plea agreement, Wayne County Circuit Judge Carole Youngblood sentenced Petkov to 18 months probation with the following conditions:

Psychological evaluation with treatment, if recommended; substance abuse evaluation with treatment, if recommended; anger management; no contact with Bowling or the five block area of Detroit Street, Washington, Cleveland, Park Place or Roerig.

Also, Petkov must move out of her house in the 100 block of Detroit Street.

Any violation of the terms of probation will result in the Petkov serving 93 days in the Wayne County Jail, according to the Wayne County prosecutors office.

This is what happens when society becomes so patronizing in protecting the guilty and being a litigious nanny state that people become too frightened to do the right thing and just beat the snot out of idiots like this.

This kind of thing used to be avoided simply by the fear of having somebody knock on your door to hand out some instant justice.

Sickening, pathetic, tasteless, and hopefully something that God, if such a thing exists, will take a pound of flesh for.

Kathleen Edward Loses Battle with Huntington's Disease, Dies at Age 9

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) -- They are heartbroken. They've always known this day would come, yet it has still taken everybody by surprise. Nine-year-old Kathleen Edward took a turn for the worse a couple of days ago, but she was peaceful and smiling to the very end.

"She was an angel and she did bring a lot of joy and happiness to everybody," said Rebecca Rose.

She was by her granddaughter's side as Kathleen passed away peacefully Wednesday night at her home surrounded by family and friends.

"We whispered in her ear and told her, 'Go be with your mommy,'" Rose explained. "She really did have this glow about her. She really looked like an angel laying there, and she opened her eyes and took her last breath."

This is very sad news to report, she was a sweet little angel who has gone to join her mother.

The last couple of years she recieved love and hope worldwide.

Rest in peace Kathleen.

My thoughts and prayers are with her and her family.

I just wish she did not have to experience those worthless excuses of human beings while she was here on earth.

Rest in peace little one.

A precious angel in life has been graced with wings in death. May God Bless you, Kathleen, and hold you in the palm of His hands.
