I have come to embrace Socialism!

I have come to embrace fascism. When I think of Winnie the Pooh I think of bears, which reminds me of fascism.

Well, I have to admit I didn't bother to read the thread..

Americans are (you must realize this) one of the ONLY people who have been scared to death with "evil commies". Why? Because it stands in the way of capitalism. And greed. I think that the backbone and the very basic idea of socialism is equality.

I actually think that these political systems are all silly. Except maybe democracy.

IMHO "Jesus was a hippie" or "Jesus was a socialist" is beyond idiocy. Sorry.

Just because I see Jesus in this light doesn't mean I'm changing his history. Countless people of many different beliefs believe in some form Jesus. Who is to tell them their wrong?

Ah, yes, greed. Being able to make money and decide how to spend it is greedy. Right.

Do you not see a problem with the government deciding what you should do with your money?

Are socialists motivated by love of the poor or hate of the rich?

Considering that they use 90% of their literature is used for bashing the succesful and rich, I´d have to say that Socialism is founded on hatred and feelings of inadequacy, alienation and inferiority.

Whatever is founded on hatred breeds Destruction. Thats why the History of Socialism in the last 100 years has been as bloody as it has.

It's sad that "socialism" was tainted with extremists like Stalin etc. IMO we need to invent something new, something (again) that relies on the human being itself. That's the only kind of decision that the planet can take.

So screw all that these current political systems.

Socialism 101

I know what socialism is! it rears its ugly face in the labor unions and goverment unions. Forcing and demanding pay raises every year till they bankrupt the companys they work for.

The goverment Unions are the worst no wonder the goverment is underwater. Goverment Unions get payed 20% more then a privet worker gets paid for doing the same thing. May sound great to you but thats why the goverment is defalting on its debt.

Socialism has been tryed and faild but people still think it can work. The problem is now Socialism has taken route in our markets and its to blame for the slow groths we have now. we are not a capitalist market when goverment has its hands in it.

What made this USA the top producing countery in the world???? Capitalism! But since FDR's new deal we have slowly become a Socialistic market and that is what is making this country fall

This country was the top producing country in the world until capitalism took over and helped to move jobs overseas. It all started when the first wall street puppet Reagan became president. One of his goals was to break the unions in doing so he put millions of workers out of work you cannot put this many people out of work and expect to keep up with production. All these companies that let these people go were already making record profits and the only reason they were let go was to increase short term profits. Another huge mistake of capitalism was the deregulation of the banking industry this led to the housing scandal not to mention how they easily manipulate wall street. Capitalism failed this country faster than communism failed Russia.

When all you've got going for you is back breaking cheap labor and no innovative thoughts, you embrace socialism. You try to tack a Che Guevera wall poster onto the tin you call your walls.

When you're not standing in front of a firing squad, you are standing in a line waiting for a handout of government cheese.

You just go ahead and keep on embracing that socialism. Cause it seems like you socialists have become very accustomed to living in a rut like a deep hole with no ladder.

Do you understand 1. The USA has provided countless $$$$ to the worlds poor. most of it was gobbled up by the Socialist leaders in the countries where the poor happen to reside.
2. Our nations founders gave their fortunes and many their lives to create what they escaped from, and Socialist Kingdom.
3.Our Constitution and Declaration of Independence (from Socialism) was created with God (and Christian style) beliefs as its foundation.
4. For True Socialism to occur, someone has to take all the resources to redistribute them.
5. If their is no incentive (if all your resources are confiscated) to produce and better yourself through invention and innovation.
6. Socialist leaders ALWAYS have to squash religion as the Gov't is the only benevolent provider. Your belief in Christ is NOT compatible with a true Socialist Gov't system.
7. Socialism has been tried over and over and is never as good as a productive free market society where we the people can afford to aid our families and church to assist the poor.

No, maybe in theory part of a Socialist society might make us feel good their is evil in this world and they will always struggle to control and have more than their share (according to who?). I love watching Star Trek but as long as we are humans, freedom and liberty along with a moral compass that is not corrupted by the magnetism of Gov't is the best. Remember without Freedom and God, their is no Liberty and Justice for ALL. Please pray for guidance and wisdom.

so you like communism then i take it as thats what it eventually turns to my friend so i think you should reasess your ides on that before it's to late. Oh and don't bring god into socialism it has nothing to do with it or politics for that matter.
