I watched a sow about this and I liked it the artillery rounds would go farther than other rounds now and they would act like precision ammunition changing course in air to get to its target so it can hit certain things.

I'm sorry, but the title of this thread reminds me of the scene in "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?"

Bullet 1: What in Sam Hill...
Bullet 2: Well, Eddie Valiant, well you're a sight for sore eyes.
Bullet 3: I ain't seen you to nigh onto five years.
Bullet 2: Where ya been?
Valiant: Drunk. You feelin' frisky tonight, fellas?
Bullets (chorus): Yeah!
Valiant: Let's go.

DUM DUMS

The key to the success of this weapon will be the quality of your inteligence. Otherwise you will be like Eddie Valiant, shooting rounds that streak off wildly into the night (and miss the target).

howard what? your post makes no sense the crew of this new weapon will be trained so to say that they would miss or just start shooting in the air is stupid

No, no, no. My point was that without accurate inteligence, a super accurate weapron is useles.

The comparison to Eddie's Dum Dums was purley fasetous.

oh that is why they are working hard to develop the next generation of ucav's to get better intel because of weapons like this one.
