Heh, I don't really care about the stars so much. Yeah they're fun and cool to look at. But what I do care about is the pervasive, persistent inequity that exists here due to sheer...sheer....hell, I don't know WHAT it is anymore.
These pro videos are cream of the crop. And yet you look at a thread like this one:

Which is all based on the simple ignorance of someone who sees an earthquake event on all the seismographs and freaks out- when it is completely normal, and happens with just about every quake anywhere near a 6 or better. But look at the difference in flags. This is insane. It ain't right. What can be done about this? Does anyone care? Apparently not. It's sad. But true.
