Why does the video seem so fake?
Looks like they tried to edit so short and to make it look like he admitted that UFOs are real.
I mean. If this really did happen then where is the talk about it on here or any where else?
Heck maybe they're referring the Russians if they saw UFOs.
I'm pretty sure that's his voice though. Most likely someone edit his speech.

Which has its own conspiracy theories.
Suspect parts labeled GE are thought to be from UFOs.

Mr. Truman also said: ' I can assure you that flying saucers, given that they exist, are not constructed by any power on Earth.' I always wondered, though, if he meant that he has openly declaring that they did exist, or was saying, in effect 'if we assume that they exist'. A nice bit of ambiguity there. Ross
