I read that if a technological singularity occurs, we will achieve the possibility to live 1 year subjective time in 31 seconds...
All of history would become a subjective time of 22 years...

What does it means?

A technological singularity can affect the way we " feel " time going on???

Who knows? The Singularity is such a fanciful and speculative concept that people make all kinds of predictions about it.

Its my understanding that humans will not even exist in their current form after it gets underway. The idea as I understand it (and I'm not a Singularity guy so correct me if I'm wrong) is that once we build machines that are so intelligent that they are capable of genuine creativity and performing their own research and development, the growth of technology will explode exponentially changing civilization forever. At that point humans will essentially be obsolete.

So to come back around to your question, I suppose an intelligent machine can be designed (or design itself) to experience time subjectively in any way the designer wants.
